Shipping
All standard orders within the US ship for free, but will require additional charges for express or overseas orders.

Shipping times vary, but standard US orders should take 3-5 business days to arrive - not including processing time (which also average 3-5 days).

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at hi@gratefulgains.com

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hi@gratefulgains.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards.

Storage
Please keep planners, purses and vegan leather products away from heat or moisture, and store in a dry cool place. Where applicable, keep products in the dust bag provided when not in use.

For light colors please avoid contact with clothing or materials containing strong dyes (such as dark jeans) as they may stain the products when rubbed against the fabric.

Cleaning
Use a soft dry cloth to remove any loose dirt, or a water-based/non-alcohol wipe to clean other marks.

Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally (not using heat).

For all other products, treat with care and follow the instructions provided if called out separately.
